Candy pen device E-Cigarette in Dhaka: the online shortlist — Bangladeshelektroniksigret
Candy in Dhaka: 24 units tested over 6 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bangladesh.
What the label on Candy is allowed to say
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Dhaka that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Tk2.91 per 10 ml.
We run candy the same way in Dhaka: same pen device, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy pen device really costs in Dhaka
Candy sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested candy in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Bangladesh, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Bangladesh, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where candy goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Bangladesh stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bangladesh accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised Tk43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Tk2.91 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Bangladesh sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
