Candy refill pack E-Cigarette in Dhaka: the price shortlist — Bangladeshelektroniksigret
Candy in Dhaka: 7 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Bangladesh.
What the label on Candy is allowed to say
Candy sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Candy in Dhaka reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy refill pack really costs in Dhaka
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Dhaka that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Tk3.58 per 10 ml.
How we tested candy in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Bangladesh, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where candy goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bangladesh accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long candy in Dhaka survives.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Bangladesh sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Bangladesh need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Dhaka: about Tk3.58 per 10 ml liquid plus Tk66 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
Is candy legal to sell in Bangladesh?
Bangladesh restricts tobacco-adjacent imports, so stock should be checked locally first.
