Caramel pen device E-Cigarette in Dhaka: the compare shortlist — Bangladeshelektroniksigret
Caramel in Dhaka: 21 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bangladesh.
Delivery, returns and what 5–9 business days really means
Most people searching E-Cigarette in Bangladesh are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Caramel pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Dhaka
Caramel in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Dhaka the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Bangladesh, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Bangladesh, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Bangladesh stocks.
- Treating the advertised Tk43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Tk1.96 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for caramel in Bangladesh must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Bangladesh sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Bangladesh?
Yes, tracked to 5–9 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Bangladesh allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
