Delivery, returns and what 5–9 business days really means
Caramel pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you are looking at caramel in Bangladesh, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: caramel in Dhaka works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Dhaka
If you are looking at caramel in Bangladesh, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Bangladesh, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Bangladesh.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised Tk40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Tk3.59 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bangladesh accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Bangladesh sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Bangladesh restricts tobacco-adjacent imports, so stock should be checked locally first. Shipping of nicotine to Bangladesh runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Bangladesh |
| Coil life | ~6 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Bangladesh | 5–9 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | Tk40 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Tk3.59 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Bangladesh allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Is caramel legal to sell in Bangladesh?
Bangladesh restricts tobacco-adjacent imports, so stock should be checked locally first.
