Delivery, returns and what 5–9 business days really means
Caramel pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Caramel in Dhaka reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: caramel in Dhaka works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Dhaka
Caramel in Dhaka reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Bangladesh, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Mixing caramel with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised Tk41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Tk2.46 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for caramel in Bangladesh must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Bangladesh sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is caramel legal to sell in Bangladesh?
Bangladesh restricts tobacco-adjacent imports, so stock should be checked locally first.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
Can I order E-Cigarette online in Bangladesh?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 5–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
