Caramel starter kit E-Cigarette in Dhaka: the guide shortlist — Bangladeshelektroniksigret
Caramel in Dhaka: 13 units tested over 3 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bangladesh.
Choosing a starter kit for caramel
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Dhaka that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Tk3.49 per 10 ml.
Caramel in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Dhaka the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel starter kit really costs in Dhaka
A caramel starter kit from the starter options in Bangladesh costs about Tk3.49 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested caramel in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Bangladesh, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Bangladesh, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Dhaka: about Tk3.49 per 10 ml liquid plus Tk59 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should caramel start at?
Start at whatever Bangladesh allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
How long does caramel in a starter kit last?
In Dhaka we measured 3 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
