The short version: caramel in Dhaka works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel starter kit really costs in Dhaka
We run caramel the same way in Dhaka: same starter kit, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Bangladesh, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Bangladesh, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Bangladesh need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Bangladesh restricts tobacco-adjacent imports, so stock should be checked locally first.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Bangladesh |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Bangladesh | 5–9 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | Tk32 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Tk2.27 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
