Citrus pen device E-Cigarette in Dhaka: the budget shortlist — Bangladeshelektroniksigret
Citrus in Dhaka: 16 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bangladesh.
Delivery, returns and what 5–9 business days really means
Most people searching E-Cigarette in Bangladesh are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
A citrus pen device from the budget options in Bangladesh costs about Tk1.71 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus pen device really costs in Dhaka
Ordering into Dhaka usually means waiting 5–9 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested citrus in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Bangladesh, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–9 business days.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every citrus bottle shipped into Bangladesh.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised Tk52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Tk1.71 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Bangladesh need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Bangladesh sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Dhaka: about Tk1.71 per 10 ml liquid plus Tk52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever Bangladesh allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Why does citrus taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the citrus blend itself harsh.
