Dessert pen device E-Cigarette in Dhaka: the flat shortlist — Bangladeshelektroniksigret
Dessert in Dhaka: 9 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bangladesh.
What dessert costs in Dhaka
Dessert pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Dessert in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Dhaka the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 9 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert pen device really costs in Dhaka
Dessert prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Dhaka that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Tk3.25 per 10 ml.
How we tested dessert in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Bangladesh, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–9 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Bangladesh.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Bangladesh, not a suggestion.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Bangladesh stocks.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Bangladesh restricts tobacco-adjacent imports, so stock should be checked locally first. Shipping of nicotine to Bangladesh runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for dessert in Bangladesh must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Dhaka: about Tk3.25 per 10 ml liquid plus Tk37 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On dessert the budget price and the premium price can sit within Tk3.25 per 10 ml once 5–9 business days is counted.
How long does dessert in a pen device last?
In Dhaka we measured 2 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
