Frozen in Dhaka: 16 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bangladesh.
Where buyers go wrong with frozen in Bangladesh
Frozen pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Dhaka that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Tk1.7 per 10 ml.
The short version: frozen in Dhaka works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen pen device really costs in Dhaka
Frozen pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested frozen in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Bangladesh, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–9 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Dhaka survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for frozen in Bangladesh must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Bangladesh restricts tobacco-adjacent imports, so stock should be checked locally first.

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a pen device last?
In Dhaka we measured 7 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Bangladesh allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Dhaka: about Tk1.7 per 10 ml liquid plus Tk66 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
