The short version: frozen in Dhaka works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen pen device really costs in Dhaka
A frozen pen device from the reviewed options in Bangladesh costs about Tk3.25 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Bangladesh, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Bangladesh.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Bangladesh, not a suggestion.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Bangladesh need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a pen device last?
In Dhaka we measured 4 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Bangladesh allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Is frozen legal to sell in Bangladesh?
Bangladesh restricts tobacco-adjacent imports, so stock should be checked locally first.
