Frozen pen device E-Cigarette in Dhaka: the wholesale shortlist — Bangladeshelektroniksigret
Frozen in Dhaka: 13 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bangladesh.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
A frozen pen device from the bulk options in Bangladesh costs about Tk2.9 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen pen device really costs in Dhaka
Frozen pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested frozen in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Bangladesh, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into Bangladesh.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Bangladesh stocks.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Bangladesh sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Bangladesh restricts tobacco-adjacent imports, so stock should be checked locally first.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Bangladesh allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How long does frozen in a pen device last?
In Dhaka we measured 4 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is frozen legal to sell in Bangladesh?
Bangladesh restricts tobacco-adjacent imports, so stock should be checked locally first.
