What a frozen refill pack really costs in Dhaka
A frozen refill pack from the cheapest options in Bangladesh costs about Tk3.42 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Bangladesh, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Bangladesh, not a suggestion.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Mixing frozen with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Dhaka survives.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should frozen start at?
Start at whatever Bangladesh allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On frozen the budget price and the premium price can sit within Tk3.42 per 10 ml once 5–9 business days is counted.
