Iced refill pack E-Cigarette in Dhaka: the best shortlist — Bangladeshelektroniksigret
Iced in Dhaka: 10 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Bangladesh.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
A iced refill pack from the best options in Bangladesh costs about Tk2.7 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The honest read on iced: 10 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced refill pack really costs in Dhaka
We run iced the same way in Dhaka: same refill pack, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested iced in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–9 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Bangladesh, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where iced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bangladesh accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for iced in Bangladesh must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Bangladesh restricts tobacco-adjacent imports, so stock should be checked locally first. Shipping of nicotine to Bangladesh runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Dhaka: about Tk2.7 per 10 ml liquid plus Tk55 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Can I order E-Cigarette online in Bangladesh?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 5–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
