The short version: licorice in Dhaka works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice vape pen really costs in Dhaka
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Dhaka that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Tk2.52 per 10 ml.
How we tested licorice in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Bangladesh, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Bangladesh, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 5–9 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bangladesh accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Bangladesh restricts tobacco-adjacent imports, so stock should be checked locally first.
Packaging for licorice in Bangladesh must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
