Plain pen device E-Cigarette in Dhaka: the review shortlist — Bangladeshelektroniksigret
Plain in Dhaka: 22 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bangladesh.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plain habit
Plain in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Dhaka the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Dhaka that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Tk1.83 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plain pen device really costs in Dhaka
We run plain the same way in Dhaka: same pen device, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plain in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Bangladesh, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Bangladesh.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Bangladesh, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where plain goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Tk29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Tk1.83 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plain in Bangladesh must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Bangladesh restricts tobacco-adjacent imports, so stock should be checked locally first. Shipping of nicotine to Bangladesh runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | Tk29 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | Tk1.83 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
