Ordering E-Cigarette to Dhaka: the practical version
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Dhaka that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within Tk3.01 per 10 ml.
We run plum the same way in Dhaka: same refill pack, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum refill pack really costs in Dhaka
Plum in Dhaka reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested plum in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–9 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Bangladesh, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Bangladesh, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Bangladesh.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Bangladesh, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised Tk34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Tk3.01 per 10 ml.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Can I order E-Cigarette online in Bangladesh?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 5–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does plum in a refill pack last?
In Dhaka we measured 8 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within Tk3.01 per 10 ml once 5–9 business days is counted.
