Plum refill pack E-Cigarette in Dhaka: the flat shortlist — Bangladeshelektroniksigret
Plum in Dhaka: 10 units tested over 7 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Bangladesh.
Choosing a refill pack for plum
We run plum the same way in Dhaka: same refill pack, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Plum refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum refill pack really costs in Dhaka
The honest read on plum: 10 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Bangladesh, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plum in Bangladesh must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Bangladesh restricts tobacco-adjacent imports, so stock should be checked locally first.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order E-Cigarette online in Bangladesh?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 5–9 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within Tk2.57 per 10 ml once 5–9 business days is counted.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
