Tobacco pen device E-Cigarette in Dhaka: the price shortlist — Bangladeshelektroniksigret
Tobacco in Dhaka: 17 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bangladesh.
Delivery, returns and what 5–9 business days really means
A tobacco pen device from the value options in Bangladesh costs about Tk3.3 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run tobacco the same way in Dhaka: same pen device, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested tobacco in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Bangladesh, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Bangladesh, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Bangladesh, since tanks and pods go first.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Tk35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Tk3.3 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Bangladesh restricts tobacco-adjacent imports, so stock should be checked locally first.
Retail sales in Bangladesh sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
