Plum RDA E-Cigarette in Dhaka: the best shortlist — Bangladeshelektroniksigret
Plum in Dhaka: 21 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bangladesh.
Delivery, returns and what 5–9 business days really means
If you are looking at plum in Bangladesh, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
There is no single best way to buy E-Cigarette in Bangladesh. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum RDA really costs in Dhaka
A plum RDA from the best options in Bangladesh costs about Tk2.3 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 5–9 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Bangladesh, not a suggestion.
Where plum goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised Tk49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run Tk2.3 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Bangladesh restricts tobacco-adjacent imports, so stock should be checked locally first.
Retail sales in Bangladesh sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Bangladesh allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Is plum legal to sell in Bangladesh?
Bangladesh restricts tobacco-adjacent imports, so stock should be checked locally first.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
